Bursar

1: a college officer charged with its financial management. In the earliest centuries the office often rotated among the Fellows, and from the seventeenth century, if not earlier, to the nineteenth was often exercised by the Master. See also: Senior Bursar, Junior Bursar, Domestic Bursar.
2: a student in recept of a Bursary.
